The psyche is to the human being a mighty and immense power plant. As a very important and significant quality of his/her personality and his/her consciousness, it is able to cause for him/her in the sphere of his/her emotions and emotional life, a horrible hell of depression or the most heavenly peace and harmony on Earth. The psyche is endlessly malleable and versatile. It is an extremely strong bulwark to the human being, even so, still very breakable and exceedingly vulnerable. The language and mode of expression of its essence is the feeling-based manifestation of the human thoughts. With these the human has the possibility, in seconds, to consciously create, make and shape his/her emotions and feelings and in a corresponding manner perceive, experience and live them with his/her psyche. The psyche is to him/her a valuable and half-material, physical instrument through which true control and use of his/her mental world and imagination can be experienced and become a tangible experience.	Die Psyche ist dem Menschen ein mächtiges und gewaltiges Kraftwerk. Als gewichtiger und bedeutender Wert seiner Persönlichkeit und seines Bewusstseins vermag sie ihm in den Bereichen seiner Emotionen und des Gefühlslebens ein fürchterliches Höllenreich der Schwermut oder den himmlischen Frieden und Harmonie auf Erden zu bereiten. Die Psyche ist endlos formbar und wandlungsfähig. Sie ist dem Menschen ein äusserst starkes Bollwerk, dennoch sehr zerbrechlich und überaus verletzlich. Die Sprache und Ausdrucksweise ihrer Wesenheit ist die gefühlsmässige Manifestation der menschlichen Gedanken. Mit diesen hat der Mensch die Möglichkeit, in Sekundenschnelle seine Emotionen und Gefühle bewusst zu kreieren, zu erschaffen, zu gestalten und in der entsprechenden Art und Weise mit seiner Psyche wahrzunehmen, zu erfahren und zu erleben. Die Psyche ist ihm ein wertvolles und halbmaterielles, körperliches Instrument, durch dessen wahrliche Beherrschung und Nutzung ihm seine gedankliche Welt und seine Phantasien erfahrbar und zu einem erfühlbaren Erleben werden.
With every single thought and every idea, a specific feeling is generated by which the psyche is shaped, from which also under certain circumstances, emotions originate. Hence, any feeling-based condition and psychical state, emotion and mood of the healthy and cognitively unimpaired human being, in every single second of his/her existence, is the very own and self-created product of his/her own mental consciousness-related processes. In the inner self, through his/her mentally generated feelings as well as externally in his/her physicality, the human being becomes the one who mentally steers, creates, fashions and directs himself/herself. Therefore he himself/she herself causes and makes things happen in every single situation of his/her current life - the prevailing moods, whims, his/her physical condition and general psychical wellbeing. In the conscious shaping of the psychical state by means of the personal thoughts, the creational principles of self- responsibility, self- accountability and self-determination are clearly demonstrated in their immediate effect.	Mit jedem einzelnen Gedanken und jeder Idee wird ein ganz bestimmtes Gefühl erzeugt, wodurch die Psyche geformt wird und woraus unter Umständen auch Emotionen entstehen. Daher ist jegliche gefühlsmässige Verfassung und psychische Befindlichkeit, Regung und Stimmung des gesunden und kognitiv unbeeinträchtigten Menschen in jeder einzelnen Sekunde seiner Existenz das ureigene und selbst verursachte Produkt der eigenen gedanklichen und bewusstseinsmässigen Prozesse. Im Innern, durch seine gedanklich erzeugten Gefühle wie auch im Äussern seiner Körperlichkeit, wird der Mensch zu demjenigen, wohin er sich gedanklich steuert, kreiert, gestaltet und lenkt. Somit bewirkt und verursacht er selbst in jeder Situation seines unmittelbar bestimmten Lebens die gegenwärtigen Stimmungen, Launen, seine Verfassung und das allgemeine psychische Wohlbefinden. In der bewussten Gestaltung der psychischen Verfassung durch die persönlichen Gedanken werden die schöpferischen Prinzipien der Selbstverantwortung, der Eigenverantwortung und der Selbstbestimmung in ihrer unmittelbaren Auswirkung klar verdeutlicht.
In every single second of his/her daily life the human being is confronted with numerous situations, states of affairs and concerns which require a conscious or unconscious thought process or assimilating process from him/her. Nevertheless, in the course of the day, the human will also be befallen by numerous feelings and moods and sudden impulses, whilst he/she is not immediately conscious of the mental origins and causes. This circumstance of loss of control, leads to various uncontrolled and spontaneous feelings and psychical and consciousness-based states of mind in the human being. Thereby the unstable, not-in-control, fatalistic, unknowing and unsteady human being often appears to be at the mercy of his/her own whims, discontents and moods. This without even anticipating or let alone knowing, that he/she is able to influence and control these feelings and emotions entirely on his/her own. The fact is that conscious thought-based building of feelings is very easy to recognise and is understandable by every observant and aware human being, because it can be verified and learned by simple exercises and observations. If the human being thinks of a wonderful and nice situation, or he/she consciously creates happy thoughts and wish-fulfilling dreams, he/she is immediately flooded by a wonderful sense of joy and well-being. Thereby he/she experiences a calmness and equalisedness which is expressed as a certain peace and contentment. However, if he/she consciously or unconsciously loses control of his/her thought processes, thereby allowing anxious, depressed, pessimistic, life-negating or sinister thoughts, then immediately in logical sequence, fear, anxiety or even dreadful panic spread in his/her consciousness and take possession of him/her. The human psyche reacts immediately and quick as a flash, hence, the uncontrolled, inattentive and unobservant human being is driven in his/her feelings on the one hand like wild mustangs and equally touched by the delicate wing-movements of the butterfly – he/she is up one minute and saddened to death the next. Dies, ohne auch nur zu ahnen oder geschweige denn zu wissen, dass er diese Gefühle und Emotionen vollumfänglich selbst zu steuern oder zu beeinflussen vermag. Die Tatsache der bewussten gedanklichen Gefühlsbildung ist von jedem aufmerksamen und bewussten Menschen sehr einfach zu erkennen und nachvollziehbar, denn sie kann durch einfache Übungen und Beobachtungen bewiesen und erfahren werden. Denkt der Mensch an eine wunderbare und schöne Situation oder kreiert er ganz bewusst freudige Gedanken und Wunschträume, dann wird er umgehend von einem wunderbaren Gefühl der Freude und des Wohlbefindens durchflutet. Dadurch erfährt er eine Gelassenheit und Ausgeglichenheit, die sich in einer gewissen Ruhe und Zufriedenheit äussern. Verliert er jedoch bewusst oder unbewusst die Kontrolle über seine Gedankenprozesse und lässt dabei ängstliche, schwermütige, pessimistische, lebensverneinende oder unheilverkündende Gedanken zu, dann breiten sich in logischer Folge unmittelbar Angst, Furcht oder gar höllische Panik in seinem Bewusstsein aus und ergreifen von ihm Besitz. Die menschliche Psyche reagiert umgehend und blitzschnell, daher wird der unkontrollierte, unachtsame und unaufmerksame Mensch in seinen Gefühlen einerseits wie von wilden Mustangs getrieben und gleichsam vom zarten Flügelschlag des Schmetterlings berührt – er ist himmelhoch jauchzend und zu Tode betrübt.
The human ability to significantly influence, control and steer the mental-feeling-consciousness-based and psychical state and the personal condition, is a highly evolutionary quality.
